For reading educators & homeschool creators
Read-along audio for every passage you teach.
Hearing a text read fluently while following the words is one of the oldest tools in reading instruction. Narrate your passages and give every student a patient, consistent reading voice — at whatever speed they need.

Every developing reader deserves a read-aloud.
Following text while hearing it modeled supports decoding, fluency, and comprehension — it's why teachers read aloud and why audiobook-plus-book pairings work. But you can't personally read every passage to every student every time. A narrated passage is a read-aloud that's always available, always patient, and always the same.
From passage to practice
Three steps, no microphone involved.
Bring in the passage
Paste the text or import a Google Doc — excerpts, decodables you've written, public-domain literature, any text you have rights to use.
Pick a steady voice
Choose a clear narrator and use it across your materials so students always practice with the same voice. About 1,000 characters becomes a minute.
Put it in front of students
Embed the read-along player in your course pages or share the narration's link. Students press play — nothing to install or sign up for.
This is the player, live
The exact read-along player you'd embed — press play and watch the text follow the voice.
Words highlight as they're read
Eyes and ears stay on the same words — the synchronization is the intervention, not a garnish.
0.75× for developing readers
Students slow the narration while decoding and speed it up as fluency grows — the same passage serves the whole range.
No student accounts
The embedded player plays public narrations for anyone — students click play, and that's the whole onboarding.
What it costs, in passages

Questions educators ask
Do students need accounts or logins?
No. The embedded player plays public narrations for anyone — no student accounts, no logins, no installs. Accounts exist for creators (you), not for listeners.
Can I narrate curriculum I purchased?
Narrate what you have rights to use publicly — your own materials and public-domain texts are always safe. Purchased curriculum is usually licensed for classroom use, not republication, so check the license before making a narration of it public.
How many passages does a plan cover?
Short passages are cheap: about 3 minutes each at 500 words, so the free plan's 30 monthly minutes covers about 10 passages, and Standard's 150 covers a whole unit's worth every month.
Do listeners need an Allmagine account?
No. Public narrations play in full for anyone by default — in the embedded player on your site or on the narration's own page. Listeners only need a free account if they want a personal library and synced listening progress.
What happens when I edit the text?
Update the narration's text and regenerate — only the tracks you changed are re-narrated, and only that text spends minutes. Unchanged tracks keep their audio.
