Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Allmagine(allmagine.com) — a service that turns text into AI-narrated audio (“narrations”) and lets you listen to narrations others have published. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Allmagine.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Allmagine. Keep your credentials secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Listening is free on every plan. Creating narrations spends narration minutes: roughly one minute per 1,000 characters of text, deducted when narration is generated.

Monthly narration minutes reset each billing month and do not roll over. Purchased top-up minutes never expire, but are non-refundable and non-transferable. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period (no partial refunds except where required by law). If a renewal payment fails, we keep your plan active for a short grace period while payment is retried, then downgrade the account to Free.

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Prices may change; we’ll give you advance notice before a change affects an active subscription.

You keep ownership of the text you upload and the narrations created from it. You must, however, hold the necessary rights to any text you narrate — it must be your own work, licensed to you, or in the public domain. Do not upload someone else’s copyrighted work without permission.

To operate the service, you grant us a license to store, process, and stream your content. Processing includes sending your text to the AI providers we use to generate narration, metadata, and cover images (see the Privacy Policy for who they are).

Public narrations can be discovered, streamed, and added to a library by anyone — including visitors without an account, who can play samples — and their full text is published on a public, search-indexable page with your byline. Private narrations are visible only to you and to people you share a link with; you can revoke a share link at any time, though people who already added the narration to their library keep access.

We may remove content that violates these terms.

If you believe content on Allmagine infringes your copyright, email hello@fusary.com with: the work you believe is infringed, the URL of the infringing narration, your contact information, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. We remove infringing content and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or deceptive;
• circumvent plan limits, scrape or bulk-download audio, or resell the service;
• interfere with the service’s operation or other people’s use of it.

Narration is produced by AI text-to-speech. Voices are synthetic and do not represent real people or endorsements. AI narration can mispronounce words or otherwise differ from the source text — the written text remains the authoritative version of your work.

You can stop using Allmagine and delete your narrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 4–10 survive termination.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allmagine’s total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Allmagine is operated from Ridgefield, Washington, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we’ll post notice on the site (or email you) before they take effect. Continuing to use Allmagine after changes take effect means you accept them.
