Where do my narrations live?
Here. Each one gets its own page with a real URL you can share, artwork and a description, and a listing on your public profile alongside everything else you've made. Nothing to host, no audio files to store, no player to install.
What are narration minutes?
Narration minutes are what you spend to turn text into audio: roughly one minute of finished audio per 1,000 characters of text. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and they're only used when you generate narration. Nobody spends minutes to listen.
What can I turn into a narration?
Almost anything: your manuscripts, essays, reports, newsletters, study notes, articles you'd rather listen to, or public-domain classics. Paste the text or import it straight from an article link or a shared Google Doc. If you publish a narration publicly, just make sure you have the rights to share it.
Can I put narrations on my own website?
Yes. Every public narration comes with an embeddable player you can drop into a blog post, newsletter page, or any site. Choose a compact audio player or the full read-along player, where the text highlights in sync as it plays right on your page. It follows your visitor's light or dark preference, or you can pin it to match your design.
Does my audience need an account to listen?
No. A public narration plays in full for anyone who has the link, with no signup and no cost to them, so nothing sits between your work and someone hearing it. An account only matters for creating, or for a listener who wants to save things and keep their place across devices.
Can I keep something private?
Yes, and there are two ways. Unlisted narrations don't appear on Discover, on your profile, or in search results, but anyone you send the link to can play or embed them without an account — the usual choice for a paid-subscriber perk or a draft you want a few people to hear. Private narrations are yours alone. You can change a narration between all three at any point.
Who owns my narrations?
You do. Your text stays yours, and the narrations made from it are yours too. Keep them private, share them publicly, or delete them whenever you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period, and any extra minutes you purchased never expire.
