Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address and (optionally) a username, display name, and bio. Passwords are handled by our auth provider and stored only as secure hashes.
• Content: the text you upload and the audio, titles, descriptions, and cover images generated from it.
• Usage: playback progress, narration-minute usage, and a ledger of credit grants and debits.
• Billing: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.

To run the service: generating and streaming your narrations, syncing your library and playback position, metering plan usage, processing payments, providing support, and keeping the service secure. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run third-party advertising or ad trackers.

We use a small set of providers to operate Allmagine, and they only receive what their job requires:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (your account, content, and audio live here).
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech: the text of a track is sent to them when you generate its narration.
• Google (Gemini) — your text is sent to generate suggested titles, descriptions, tags, and cover images.

Narrations you mark public are just that: their title, description, tags, cover, audio, and full text (on a search-indexable transcript page) are visible to anyone, with your byline. Your public profile — username, display name, bio, and your public narrations — is also visible to anyone. Visitors without an account can play short samples of public narrations.

Private narrations are visible only to you and to people you share a link with. Nothing else about your account — email, plan, usage, billing — is ever public.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We measure site usage with Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly service that collects aggregate page views without identifying or tracking individual visitors.

You can permanently delete any narration you own at any time, which removes its text, audio, and cover. To delete your account and associated data, email hello@fusary.com. We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You can access and update your profile in the app. For a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion requests, contact hello@fusary.com and we’ll respond promptly.

Allmagineis not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
