Does it work with WordPress, Ghost, beehiiv, or my CMS?
Yes. The player is a standard embed snippet, so it works anywhere you can paste an iframe: WordPress, Ghost, beehiiv, Squarespace, a custom CMS, or a hand-rolled site. Email clients can't run embedded players (no platform's can), so a newsletter email links to the audio while the web version carries the player.
How fast is it? News doesn't wait.

What about names and places the voice might mispronounce?
You can fix them once and for good. Pronunciation rules let you set how a written form should be spoken — a local place name, a source's surname, an acronym — and they apply to every narration you generate from then on. Worth a listen before you publish either way; regenerating a corrected track only re-spends that track's minutes.
How much does a post cost to narrate?

I have a paid tier. Can audio be part of it?
Yes. Mark the narration unlisted and put its link, or the embedded player, behind your paywall. Unlisted keeps it off Discover, off your profile and out of search results, and your subscribers play it with no Allmagine account and no signup. The honest caveat: a link is a link, so a subscriber who forwards it has shared it. That's the same trade every unlisted video on the web makes, and for most writers it's the right one, since the alternative asks paying readers to make an account somewhere new. Many instead publish the audio openly and let it recruit subscribers.
Do listeners need an Allmagine account?
No. Public narrations play in full for anyone, in the embedded player on your site or on the narration's own page. Listeners only need a free account if they want to save things for later and keep their place in sync across devices.
What happens when I edit the text?
Update the narration's text and regenerate: only the tracks you changed are re-narrated, and only that text spends minutes. Unchanged tracks keep their audio.
Who owns the audio?
You do. Your text stays yours and so do the narrations made from it. Keep them private, publish them, embed them, or delete them whenever you like.
